Can not review the meat, my son took pics of it when cooked looked good, not fatty or gristley, my son was pleased with it
Delivered fresh to my son, he froze it, as he also had a leg of goat which he used first
I bought as a gift for my son, service was good, delivered to my son's house which is what I wanted. Communication all the way through. Kimber let me know when the parcel had left and it was tracked to the delivery point. From the farm in Wiltshire to Powys Wales by 10am still chilled my son sent me pic's, the meat was sealed and fresh. I will use Kimber again. I also thought the price reasonable.

Spoke to a butcher before placing first order who gave me the information I needed
In the freezer so haven't tried yet. We have an excellent local butcher from whom we have bought faggots for the last 30 years, but always nice to try a new one. Will have to reserve judgement for now
Was a bit disappointed with the veal sirloin, had never tried one before and expected it to be like a beef sirloin steak but was a lot more chewy. Wasn't what we expected so won't be buying this again
Tried this tonight in a Stroganoff and was very tasty and tender. Will definitely purchase again

Lovely meat though rather generous fat. But it arrived a day late after being in transit for two days and wasn’t cold. Thankfully it wasn’t spoiled as it was for a special occasion.
