Gold Taste of the West 2015. Straight from our own Shorthorn and Friesian cows, this raw, unhomogenised milk is full cream and packed full of goodness.

Unpasteurised, unhomogenised milk is well known for its natural properties - studies have shown that there are potential health benefits to asthma and eczema sufferers. An enzyme which aids with the digestion of milk is killed during the pasteurising process; with this enzyme present in our milk we have several lactose intolerant customers who solely drink our milk.

Our milk comes from the cow, chilled then bottled for you. With so many highly processed foods, this natural product is a must try - once you've tried processed, milk will never taste the same again!

I recommend Kimbers Farm Shop products.Reviewed by Mihaelaghena1314 on 02 Mar 2022

From the 10 l of milk I made (8 l of fat cow's milk I made 1600 g of cottage cheese). From the whey from the cottage cheese I made homemade urda (ricotta cheese) - 560 g. And from 2 l of milk I made 100 g butter. I didn't throw away the whey I consumed it (Whey, the wonder liquid for a perfect body. Why is the rest of the cheese very useful in diets, but whey detoxifies the body. Due to the fact that it is rich in orotic acid (vitamin B13), which helps cleanse blood vessels and lower cholesterol levels, whey detoxifies the body, protects the intestinal flora, improves digestion and cleanses the body of toxins accumulated over time). Whipped milk left over from butter we consume (Whipped milk can provide important nutritional benefits due to its content of iron, potassium, phosphorus, sodium and zinc, as well as vitamins A, D, E and B. For example, a portion of milk Drinking (245 g) gives you 282 mg of calcium, and a good use of this light drink can increase your calcium intake and help prevent problems such as osteoporosis. in whipped milk it is rich in bioactive proteins. A cup of milk milk provides 7.86 grams of protein). I used 100% all the milk bought from Kimber's Farm Shop. I will continue to buy Kimber's Farm Shop milk, as well as other products.

Milk great delivery okReviewed by Cnunes2006 on 26 Feb 2022

the milk packaging lack some thermal stuff to keep the ice cold that most companies use. So the ice arrived melted. But raw milk lasts ages. So not a problem there. It is near me and it is a good delivery rate. I also would like to purchase fermented raw butter and raw cream. Maybe in the future?
