Here at Kimbers Farm Shop we're incredibly proud of our customer service and attention to detail. But don't just take our word for it - hear what some of our customers have to say!
Naomi is great - we had real issues with our delivery and she was fantastic, unfortunately I think the delivery company used leave a lot to be desired but I can't fault Kimbers' in their attitude and approach to problem solving.
I love your products all very tasty and value for money and a very quick turn around between order and delivery
arrived on time in excellent condition
Had no problems at all from kimbers, brilliant service, will try your veg next order aswell.
Good customer interaction. Meat is great, properly packed and delivered on scheduled time.
Easy to order and quick delivery
As always, the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh. Never disappoints... always a pleasure to order from here! 😊
Quality and range of the meat is really good. Vegetables, the number of substitutions was high and the replacements didn’t reflect what came eg one mushroom, one large tomato one small garlic, a cauliflower, a cabbage, two onions, one courgette, two peppers and three potatoes. We thought this was not at the same value of the order.
Excellent selection, had been searching for stewing veal which is hard to find, ended up buying pork belly and beef shin as well. So happy with the service and quality of the meat. Although the delivery fee isn't cheap, they use a good company which takes care of their products and delivers it with care. Will definitely use again.
Perfect thanks
I like it that I'm able to buy smaller joints of meat being a single pensioner. Also as I've a sight impairment checkout was straight forward . The meat was delivered very quickly and well insulated.I will buy again from here very soon
Loved the beef topside joint..had it before and came back for more. Great service, extremely well packaged and prompt delivery as arranged. Beef not cheap these days( what is?) but so worth the extra to get top quality products from a top quality farm. Well done Kimber.
Every time I cook, I am staving by the end, because Kimber's meat is just that good,
Quality and range is highly recommended
My old Dad loved his beef sausages many many moons ago, and my husband now so enjoys your Beef Sausages. Thank you for offering proper/real food.
Marvelous Olives
Could not be better
Excellent service. Wonderful order. So good to be confidant of receiving excellent joints of various meats. Really great.
Wide range of excellent, flavourful meats.
I feel very strongly about animal welfare and hate the packaging in supermarkets. I made my first order from Kimbers two weeks ago with enough to fill my freezer for a month. The quality is outstanding and the flavour stands it apart. It is barely any more expensive than the supermarket and I am happy that even as a meat eater, that the animals have led good lives and not been transported all over the country. I am going to do my monthly shop for meat only from this farm shop!
The ordering process was easy and fast. The meat we ordered was exceptionally good. Thank you.
Also fast delivery in cold pack. Thank you.
Cooks really well flavour is lovely and no added water or fat to drain off
Excellent product
On time as normal and usual super quality.
Will be going back to picking up from the shop.
Service as expected
