Our order arrived on the specified date. The meat we'd ordered was well protected having been packed in an insulated box and been kept cold throughout its journey. The web site was easy to use and the meat ordered was as described. We ordered 3 separate items and have been delighted with our choice for quality and taste. We cannot comment on the third item as that remains in our freezer, but will look forward to cooking it within the next couple of weeks.
