Wrapped our Xmas turkey in these, but also we made home made stuffing with Kimbers sausage meat and wrapped in streaky in a roll then sliced.
We love to chop these up for adding to casseroles or stir fry.

Ordered from here as no local butcher could supply a porchetta joint. Tha meat was lovely and the crackling was the best! Made a traditional Italian stuffing and served it to my family on New Year's day. They loved it.
