Fantastic calves liver, we really enjoyed w, it’s a regular order in our house z best calves liver we’ve ever eaten.
Despite the high temperatures and a lack of refrigeration on APC vans, the meat arrived in very good condition.
In truth I have not actually tried this yet but all other cheeses I had had from Kimbers have been excellent so I'm expecting the same this time too.So 5 stars!
This is the best butter I have come across.Definitely to my taste and I've ordered this several times and will be doing so again.
I hard boiled 3 eggs and meant to soft boil the other 3 the next day but unfortunately they got stuck in the carton so I had to throw them away.Probably my fault as I think I mistakenly broke them when putting them back into the fridge.The shells are a little fragile.
Can be cooked in the oven or stewed.I did both and was happy with the results.Perfect size to fit into the pot and boil slowly.
I like honey both in a cup of tea and on toast.This honey is good quality and I had ordered a few times along with the jams.I would recommend.
My first time trying this type of sausage.I grilled some and fried others.Nice although I prefer normal beef or pork sausage.
I used this as a gravy on oven cooked quail.It was fine.
I cooked the heart slowly in a stew and with plenty of vegetables.

I prefer the unpasteurized milk but its been out of stock for ages so been getting these for now
I had an issue where my meat arrived in 30-degree weather and the single ice pack included in the box had completely thawed. The meat was warm and unfit to eat. Kimbers recognised the issue and immediately dispatched a replacement, this time packed with plenty of ice. While of course I received my meat much later than desired I really appreciated their effort to correct the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this farm shop.
The box arrived as expected and I was able to quickly unpack it and place the items in my freezer. So far we have eaten the steak which was delicious and tender. The quality is excellent and great value for money
