The meat was excellent and was delivered on time Your site was easy to use. I was not impressed by the delivery driver who did not attempt to contact anyone in the house and did not comply with the delivery instruction but left the parcel OUTSIDE my property on the ground and luckily I found it later.

The bacon and other meat was very tasty, The only thing I would change was to send the meat frozen in cardboard with sustainable packaging. The huge polystyrene container was hard to dispose of and not very environmentally friendly.

The goose was simple to order, and came when the site said it would. It was appropriately packed and looked very fresh. All perfect and simple.
Order easy to place, website easy to navigate. The order was a day late arriving - but this was due to the delivery company, not Kimbers. It was well packaged. I was reassured that this wouldn't affect the safety/quality of the meat I ordered - which was completely true. However in future, I'll order my gammon to arrive a week before Christmas, to avoid adding hassle to delivery drivers. May be on the website you could say what the BBE date is for gammon so people know they can order safely a week earlier than they need it?
From the initial placing of the order all was so very easy and with plenty of email updates too, as said a very first class service!!
