As always, this prime fillet steak is unbeatable. Cooked ours rare with a creamy peppercorn sauce and it just melts in the mouth! Cannot be beaten.
Lovely mince and great value when purchased as a box rather than individually. Found a new recipe for the turkey mince this time and all the mince is so versatile, full of flavour and easy to use.
Order packaged well and arrived on time. Just one small point - special instructions - asked for my calves liver to be packed as 2 portions rather than 3 but this was missed and it came as 3.

You could tell this was freshly minced with care, just whatI wanted. Delicate and tender, I do not eat pork, but can make veal sausages! Will order again. Good product and well-packed.

With food becoming increasingly modified due to additives, I wanted a fresh and natural product. I now realize grass-fed, bovaer-free is best, so now, I need a supplier for this. Simples.

received my order as stated and in good condition. I've only left 2 reviews as I have not yet used the other products, though I have had the veal in the past and found it to be excellent.
As always we order a selection of meat joints for the freezer, the quality of the products is top notch! We have used the duck brest fantastic flavour, and the pork is the best around being an old fashioned breed. As long as you keep up these standards we shall be back time after time. We'll done!
