Having past my three score years plus ten unless it is nostalgia, I seem to recall pork having real flavour, and it's been missing for a very long time. At last a chop which was not only tender but had some real taste-I shall be ordering some more in due course
Ordering the beef was straightforward and delivery arrived when stated. I ordered 2.5 kg of beef rib on the bone. It looked really good on arrival and when I cooked it, it was absolutely delicious! The best beef I have tasted in a long time! It was so tender and tasty 😋!
After searching for real black pudding with pieces of tasty fat squares in (can't get it in normal shops anymore) I was so happy to find some at kimbers, totally scrumptious.

This smoked streaky makes the best bacon buttties ever. Grills nice and crispy with no pools of water. Can't ask for more.
a nice balance of lean and fat. Sliced, marinated and grilled the belly pork was absolutely delicious. i will try roasting a piece next time. Good to receive on-the-bone and with rind on.
