Cooked low and long in a multi cooker infused with Rosemary and Garlic, Quick burst of Air Fryer at time up. Rest carve eat and enjoy. The meat also freezes and reheats really well.
We had these served at The Cafe Continental in Stalybridge and just had to have more. Here is where we found them. Good service from Kimbers!

On arrival I was impressed. Not wanting to ruin it I perrused many recipies. Liking the sound of the slow cooked version byTom Kerrige, it was started in oven, it took 4 hours to reach 44C followed by blast on very hot BBQ. Perfect fo me, could this method work for other joints meet? learning to cook at 87yo is fun.
I cooked this in two ways, both in an attemt to replicate what my mother used to make 50 years ago. Tripe soup was a family favourite. Tripe and onions, thickened with mashed potato. It was ok, the tripe perhaps a little overcooked but enjoyable, the second was squares of tripe cooked in batter with mashed potatoes and white onion sauce. Again I enjoyed it. the reason for only 3 stars was that the reticulum tripe we used to get was thicker and seemed to have a more even bite. Great fun, thank you.

A good option to remember for the future
Been using Kimber since Covid and I just keep going back. Everything is of such a good quality and I know I can rely on the service. I've only eaten some fillet steak from my latest order so far, but it was so tender and full of flavour it made a perfect Saturday evening dinner and I can't wait to get stuck into the other items I ordered. Arrived on time, properly packed and chilled, highly recommended!
This steak just melted in the mouth - cooked 2 minutes each side and served with a pink peppercorn sauce it was a perfect Saturday night treat. Full of flavour and so tender!
The venison was amazing and the customer service wonderful. I made a late delivery and emailed to confirm delivery and was answered quickly and confirmed my delivery date. ( next day). It’s class all round. Will be purchasing my Christmas order definitely.

Thought this West Country Grazing Board was perfect for my friend's 50th birthday gift. Originally did a search online for deliverable savoury afternoon tea then found this Hamper came as promised, on opening it was very well stocked with lovely cheeses, meats, scotch egg, pie, crackers, fresh tomatoes and chutney etc. high quality produce. My friend was delighted. Wonderful gift, fantastic quality, good price and delivered as promised. Highly recommended.

Experience an issue on arrival with the packaging but was resolved quickly. Quality as usual spot on.
A beautiful boned and rolled shoulder of lamb. Slow cooked it for 3 hours and then finished on the bbq with a range of spices and pomegranate molasses 👌
I had intended to brine overnight and use in stock but they were too big to fit into any of my saucepans.Instead I added salt,black pepper,goat butter and herbs and baked in the oven for 30 mins.Scooped out the marrow and had on toast with Delamare Goats butter and a sprinkle of salt.
I order one jar with every order.I've always been something of a honeymonster whether in my cuppa or on toast.I have tried countless types of honey over the years and this is as gd as any of them and better than most.
A little stringy for my taste but I'm pleased I tried it anyway.
