Haven’t cooked the joint of beef yet - saving it for a family gathering. Looks a lovely piece of beef so I’m sure it will cook well. The last joint we had from Kimbers was excellent. Delivery good- ice packs still frozen on arrival and meat nice and cold.

Rich and tangy which is how I like it.I added some to my porridge and also great on toast.

We've been ordering from Kimber Farms for years and the delivery has always been fast and the quality high. I wish they had a larger range of offal/bones but what they do have is delicious. Even the one time we had an issue with the courier they were very helpful. Overall a place that I highly recommend.
A joint we would not normally buy. But it cooked perfectly and was very easy to carve. Such a lovely Sunday Lunch. Will definitely be re ordering soon
