Haven’t cooked the joint of beef yet - saving it for a family gathering. Looks a lovely piece of beef so I’m sure it will cook well. The last joint we had from Kimbers was excellent. Delivery good- ice packs still frozen on arrival and meat nice and cold.
Not the first time I've ordered on line but I can assure anyone that that this one i got from Kimbers was first class can't find any fault
