The meat arrived as promised and still fully frozen. When cooked Oman style, slow roasted for 5 hours after 48hours marinating and wrapped in banana leaves the meat was very tasty and well received. In carving it seemed a little tough
The diced meat on the bone was nothing like the picture more just lumps of what appeared to be scrap pieces. However both packs slow cooked into excellent stews which I deboned before serving

Offal isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but this liver is exceptional when prepared properly. Tender, tastefull and mild flavour for liver, highly recommend.
Amazing quality meat! I bought the 1.5kg and it came rolled up perfectly ready for a long roast. I slow roasted it for 8 hours and it came out beautifully, delicious and falling apart. Can’t wait for more!
