I have been searching locally to where I live for decent bacon, largely without much success. After searching on Google and finding Kimbers Farm Shop, and discovering they sell collar bacon, I placed an order and chose my delivery day. My order arrived as scheduled, it was well packed and still cool. This bacon is what I've been looking for! Delicious! A good quantity supplied within each sealed pack, with a nice long use by date. I have tried one pack by frying and another by grilling. No oil was required for either options. My personal preference was the flavour achieved by grilling, although frying worked just fine, I found low and slow was key! I will certainly be buying more again.
Everything arrived perfectly packaged and on time. Excellent produce that I will happily recommend to friends and family. Gone are the days of supermarket shopping for meat as Kimbers Farm offers perfectly flavoursome produce at a price more reasonable than other online suppliers and provide more generous portions.
