Excellent shopping experience in all respects. I was nervous about APC being the delivery courier having previously had bad experiences (plural!) with them delivering meat (from another supplier) late and over-temperature but no problems this time. This was January ... I'd be more nervous during warmer months.
Great value and lovely texture. I simmered the hock for 60mins in plain water. Slow-roasted for 6 hours at 100C then applied a honey-mustard glaze and gave it a short blast at 200C. Not at all salty and lovely to eat hot or slice for sandwiches.
This is simply lovely bacon. Unlike some other reviewers, I didn't find it at all salty (recipe change maybe?). Proper dry-cured. Makes a lovely bacon butty.
I was a bit surprised that the chilli in the burger is a paste spread on the top rather then mixed in. This has a tendancy to come off during cooking. Still very tasty and will buy again.
Nice to be able to buy an untrimmed rack (we like nibbling the bones!). Slightler firmer texture than some racks out there but far from being chewy. Lovely flavour.

I have used Kimbers’ a number of times and have been more than satisfied with everything I have ordered to date. Ok, you may pay a bit more but the quality and taste far exceeds anything you will find in Supermarkets.
I loved the Butchers box and bought 2. We love the beef and saving for Valentine. Quality of all products is fantastic.
Items ordered were hit and miss. Delivery was speedy and on time, packed well and chilled. I would only order milk from you again. The quality of the other items were lacking. Far better out there.
