Bought this for my Mum; she hadn't cooked 'Oxtail/stewed peas' for over a decade and WOW, was it worth the wait!! I was so pleased at her reaction to the colour and texture... what a joy to see her work her magic on a beautiful, tender cut that stayed tender and on the bone, from chopping board to plate!
