Bought this for my dads birthday and he loved it so much so he skipped lunch and had a light dinner. High quality ingredients too.

I used the diced mutton to make a Mauritian mutton curry. The meat was wonderfully moist and tender, and the flavour was incredible.

Arrived beautifully packaged. Very lean meat. I marinaded it overnight and made a curry the next day. My mother who is 82, grew up on a farm and had never had goat curry before squeezed my hand with delight about how good it tasted. It was tender and delicious. Thank you!

Goat meat you get in ME is pinkish in colour and very soft. Not at all fibrous when cooked into a spicy curry

I was delighted to find rose veal that could be delivered. It was easy to order. I was kept informed about the delivery status and it was delivered promptly. The packaging was very good and the freezer pack in with it was still frozen ensuring it was very fresh. I was able to put two of the packs straight into the freezer.The osso bucco was as described and made a delicious osso bucco milanese. I was so impressed by the who;e process that I have already put in another order for some different products.

The whole process was easy and efficient. I was told when to expect delivery and it arrived as stated.

I am impressed with both quality and service. Will be shopping again soon.

Cannot give it 5 as yet, because most is in the freezer. The sausages are the best I have tasted for a long time. The pork joint will be consumed in my Sunday roast tomorrow. Appearance of joint is very good
