I'd say the breed of pig is best for making your own bacon because of the fat content. I'm sure it would be good roasted as a joint as well though. I ordered this and back and shoulder in the past for making bacon and sausages and will be ordering again

Creamy full of fat milk that was satisfying and feels very healthy!
My husband preferred it heated up in meals and he said each time that it is the best cheese he has ever had. I had it raw with crackers and enjoyed it, nice and creamy. It is very strong and has an earthy kind of aroma too.
The faggots were delicious but best of all was the service delivered by Kimber Farm. When I inadvertently put the wrong postcode on my order and the faggots were sent miles away, Kimber Farm not only redelivered at no extra cost but put 2 extra faggots in! Excellent well-marbled Rib of Beef with an excellent flavour. Coated with English Mustard, cooked for 10 hours low and slow then at a slightly higher temperature to ensure the Maillard reaction and flavour. Superb delivery and the best online meat suppier in the UK.

Can’t decide whether I prefer these with a ring of pineapple or a fried duck egg. Either way, heaven on a plate. You do not get gammon steaks like this from the supermarket.
You cannot get better than Gloucester Old Spot bacon - especially with a smear of English mustard in a bacon sandwich.
