This was the best lamb I have bought. I cooked it slowly in the oven with anchovies, Rosemary and garlic.
The veal was lovely, cooked in Italian style.

Milk is good although I have observed variation in the milk characteristics (some times white, like buffalo milk; nice creamy cow milk most of the time). I can't imagine the reason for this variation

pea and ham soup with crumpets , slow cooked with caramelised onions and chestnuts
great efficient service and fresh produce. I used half the ham for pea and ham soup and slow roasted the remaining hocks with onions and chestnuts
