I have ordered twice from Kimbers' Farm Shop and the service is excellent once the order is acknowledged. Unfortunately, that happens the day after the order is placed, so when choosing overnight delivery, you should expect it two days from placing the order not the next day. Having said that, the product and packaging are high quality.
The two hocks I received were much larger than expected (and there was a note packed with them apologising for the size) and were difficult to cook properly. But they tasted great!
I used this to season a confit when I couldn't find salt pork. Worked perfectly.
Used these in a cassoulet and they were delicious!

The mutton was really excellent, and I shall buy more. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the web site didn't it make clear that it wasn't permanently available. A minor point considering the quality.
The Chops were large, succulent, and full flavoured, exactly as I hoped they would be. My wife's palate is better than mine and she was delighted with them.
Very satisfied with the product as expected. Will definitely recommend.
