Having had difficulty buying collar bacon locally I wanted to see if the flavour was what I remembered from years ago. The flavour of this Gloucester old spot bacon didn't disappoint. It is a good quality product. I ordered 6 x £4.19 packs but received 8 packs of varying sizes and rasher thickness. The order arrived half an hour later than I was told but the packaging was excellent - bubble wrapped and with two ice packs inside a cardboard box.

Excellent product, fantastic service
I use this milk to make raw kefir, since starting to drink raw kefir my skin has inproved. It's quite pricey on the delivery so that's the only negative.
I am referring here to a small joint of Aberdeen Angus sirloin I bought in October which was delicious. It was for a taste test for an order now placed to be delivered in January 2020, January 3rd to share with our relatives before they return to New Zealand. Anyway we found the meat to be tender, full of flavour & delicious
Wow, how tasty was this, I marinated this over night, cooked a Caribbean Curry. The service was spot on, delivered as said, I was kind of worried if we could freeze the product but on arrival the product was labelled perfectly, I cooked one pack and froze the other two, excellent service!

Full flavoured bird with enough meat remaining on the bones to make a meal.
A great item for lightly boiling then pop it On the bbq.
Raw, unpasteurized milk is one of the most beneficial drinks you can take for both hydration and health,, Second only to colostrum.
Would be better if they were twice as thick to be more authentic Italian Style Next time I will phone and ask for 2” thick

We enjoyed some roasted Aberdeen Angus Sirloin from Kimber’s farm for dinner last night. The meat was tender & full of flavour.
Everything was really clear and easy and I was kept fully informed once I had made my order. Being able to choose a date for the delivery was a winner! My order was a trial and it all went so smoothly that I will definitely be ordering more from you.
Beautifully creamy, natural and delicious - and the kefir I have been using it to make is really good too.
The quality of the meat was exceptional. Absolutely delighted. The veal Osso Buco cooked beautifully and the chicken breasts were just perfectly sized and delivered a magnificent meal.

Loved this milk which made great kefir so much better than pasteurised so highly recommend.
I had special instructions for this (I made bacon from it and needed the joint skinning and de-boning) which were carried out to the letter, the parcel was on time and perfectly packed. I shall be ordering again, I'm sure.
