I highly recommend to all this time of porting and packaging. Its very convenient when you buy 20 and stuck up in your freezer, then take one by one when you need it, defrost over night and cook on the day just as much as needed. Superb quality burgers, pelmeni, dumplings, even pies! I tried everything and started eating meat again. This one actually has flavour and taste.

Excellent service and quality meat
This was a delicious thing: delicately flavoured, silky-textured. I made a carbonara and an all'Amatriciana, both using guanciale for the first time. Now I want to use it every time.
Definitely a regular going forward. We use it for soup and it's great.

slow cooked the Gammon then glazed and finished in the oven... if anything I should have got a bigger joint as this disappeared so quickly. Delicious ????

We unrolled the joint and marinated in garlic, rosemary, thyme and lemon for 24hrs before barbecuing the whole thing; serving blushing pink with flatbread and babaganoush. Absolutely incredible and excellent value, we easily catered for 6 adults.
This was beyond nice. We cooked it slowly with spices and had it with hummus and flatbreads. So tasty.
I can’t eat any other liver than calves cos it’s mild & very tender. Cooks in no time in a little butter marriage made in heaven with onion gravy & buttered mash potatoes. Perfect. Highly recommend
