Received on time and well packaged, in a box with plenty of ice packs... some farms are using sustainable packaging which would be nicer to see. I've recommended to friends who have used this farmshop and they've also had good experiences.
This piece was trimmed and prepared to perfection, with very small bones, and no nice even layers of fat running through. The meat melted after slow cooking in a smoker for 6 hours, with crackling that puffed up beautifully after 2 minutes under the broiler.
Very nice thick chops, great for getting a nice crusty sear on the outside, that were beautifully tender cooked in a cast iron pan simply with salt, pepper and dried mint.
Great taste I stopped eating pork for ten years and it has changed my attitude.

Very tasty sausages, full of meat and flavour, didn't stick to the pan. I cooked them very slowly, turning them regularly. Enjoyed by my grandsons.
Very tasty bacon, it actually tasted of something, unlike even the top quality bacon from Waitrose/Tesco etc.
Easy to purchase although not always as the image shows. Delivery is when we want it and by a very good and helpful courier as we are both disabled
