I love having these rare. Amazing on BBQ just tragic when they fall through the grill holes so gotta place and flip very carefully if the grill has large gaps. I’ve had them pan fried with watermelon slices on the side too and it’s amazing. It’s only 4 star instead of 5 because i had one slightly unpleasant experience out of the around 7-8 packets i ordered and that was one of the packets had a puncture so when it defrost in my fridge, the blood leaked onto my fridge and I had to clean all layers of my fridge because i had put it on the top layer so it leaked down to bottom. Apart from that 1 packet, all else has been amazing so that’s why it’s 4 instead of 5.
I made tripe soup with this boiled for a few hours then adding yoghurt and egg yolk mix into the boiled tripe. Absolutely delicious and the tripe becomes very easy to bite through.
I eat these raw next to meat usually. It’s absolutely amazing, I do try to eat bone marrow as soon as possible because the marrow when raw tastes best when fresh and can lose that in a couple of days when left in the fridge (possibly different in freezer, I haven’t frozen them so not sure). The raw bone marrow tastes amazing and Im happy to have a clean source to consume this raw from.
A decent amount and I made bone broth which i put some eggs into and made egg drop soup with it. Really rich broth from these.
I do a mainly raw diet and at most cook red meat blue/rare. I bbqed each of the kidney to blue/rare. Was delicious. I ate 2 whole kidneys for dinner one day. The fat tasted really nice too, absolutely amazing experience. Fresh beef kidney cooked to blue/rare is just on a whole another level and Kimbers have provided me with exceptionally fresh beef kidneys whenever I ordered from them. Delivery is very good too, always arrives timely and I can see the processes before reaching me to plan my day around the delivery time rather than waiting close to the door constantly through the day.
Bacon arrived on time and was very well packed.
It was our first taste of collar bacon, and it won’t be the last. My husband won’t eat fat and this bacon fulfills the brief, it is moist and tasty and none of the curled up edges.of back bacon.

As an American I appreciate that Kimbers has good sized turkeys ready by the end of November a full month before Christmas! The turkeys are always top quality and extremely tasty. Highly recommend whether you’re looking for a turkey for Thanksgiving or Christmas or both!
