We live in Scotland and love Dorset Knobs but can’t buy them locally. For the 2nd Christmas running they were out of stock on Amazon and the manufacturer’s website, so I was delighted to be able to buy several from Kimbers’. We’ll go direct to them next time.
Same as my grandad used to farm Gloucester old spot just the best !
Only thing that spoilt this is it has some tough strands we cooked it so it was still quite pink but oh well still enjoyed it

We have used yourselves several times and order from you even though we live in the north and meat always arrives chilled and with a good date of use on them and will continue to use . I grew up on a farm in Somerset and it is lovely to find somewhere that produces food like we remember please keep it up !
Its true what they say, I'm lactose sensitive, No issues whatsoever with this milk. Tastes incredible.
