I had 2. One in the freezer, the other boiled, boned and rolled to slice for sandwiches, perfect - the stock made lentil soup, known in my family as HAMPY.

Nut and meat free, so served our 2 vegetarians as well as 7 others, one with a nut allergy.
We had an early Christmas! This bird was absolutely delicious, tender and moist. It had GIBLETS too, so very delicious gravy. It fed 7 meat eaters with a little left over for sandwiches that night. The carcase made for yummy soup the day after.
Christmas meat plus a treat or 2 for later. Great communication, and all arrived at the time requested. Looks good, looking forward to enjoying it all
