Would like to share my old German recipe with you: Season the diced venison, slightly coated in flour, brownish in Olive oil in your cooking pot. Add 8-10 juniper berries , 3 bay leaves , top it up with one bottle of red ?, I use Rioja , cooked for 2 hours , stir occasionally. Its true what they say, i have issues with lactose but this milk i can drink straight up and no problems!!!. Taste amazing and lasts plenty of days after the use by. Highly recommend
