Excellent quality simmered for 1.5hrs then into oven with barbecue sauce, meat fell off the bone and was so tender.

I ordered the rib on Thursday for a special meal at the weekend and it arrived the next day. Well packaged and chilled. I cooked it using a meater probe at about 250oC for 15 minutes and then it took around an hour at 180oC plus resting for medium rare. Everyone agreed this was the best tasting beef we’d ever had and this was a group that enjoy meat so was high praise indeed. Could not recommend more highly and will definitely be purchasing again.

Fabulous flavour. Everything was packaged well and delivered on time! The butcher even called us to check our requirements which we felt was great service & rare with online shopping. We needed extra sausages for our BBQ party and the team at Kimbers were brilliant at providing an extra 100 sausages last minute, all fresh and delicious.
Not only are these sausages totally delicious but the lovely people at Kimbers are a pleasure to buy from. Feel very lucky to have such a good farm shop locally.
This chicken was an absolute hit with my family. I have two extremely fussy eating daughters who said “no” until they tasted this chicken, at which point they said “more” (a lot more). Ours was plump with plenty of juicy thigh meat and a good size - but I will be ordering bigger next time as I’ve found out how much the girls can eat and I’d like a bit more for myself next time!

This is very good goat meat - tender, succulent and flavourful. This is the second time I have used this goat in a curry goat recipe
