Nicest Roast Ever - Highly Recommended Reviewed by SueJ on 02 Nov 2018

This was the first mutton we have ever had. My husband slow roasted it in the oven. It was so tender, moist, not fatty (as lamb can be and often gives me indigestion), it was better than lamb. We will be back for more.
