We slow roasted it with just potatoes, onions and carrots and all of us loved it - would definitely buy again.

ExceptionalReviewed by C.duffy on 04 Jun 2020

We used a spicy marinade overnight and then slow roasted (7 hours) it. We rested the meat on a pile of jollof rice and when we carved it was tender but not falling apart. It has a rich flavour so a little goes a long way. I prefer this to lamb shoulder without a doubt. The fat is excellent for roasting vegetables.
