I have cooked goose for the last six years at Christmas but decided to go back to turkey this year. Your turkey was, without a doubt, the best we have ever tasted! Cooked the gammon in the steam oven and it was succulent and full of flavour. I bought a large joint expecting to send guests home with some slices. No chance! We kept it all for ourselves. There was just enough fat for flavour - not to much

Everything arrived as ordered it's just that I id not order a large enough piece of gammon. I immediately got in my car with my delivery and with no bother at all it was exchanged for larger piece of gammon. Thank goodness I got a larger piece it was the most fantastic gammon we have ever had. A terrific service and wonderful meat. Thank you to all at Kimber.
I was let down on a turkey I ordered from another farm and Kimbers came to my rescue. I needed a large turkey and it was the 20th December and due to Kimbers excellent website and customer service, I still received my turkey on the 21st. On top of that the turkey was delicious and one of the most moist and tender turkeys I can remember (much credit to my wife also ;) ).
Although the gammon joint was more expensive than top supermarket, it was worth it for the superb taste that was praised by the 18 diners that shared it on Christmas Day. Simply glazed with ginger preserve and dark brown sugar, it looked great. Happy pigs, happy people!
They were really nice the skin wasn't to thick and wasn't peppery

First time customer, followed my yearly recipe homage to Delia which really worked well with the turkey, it was sumptuous. I will be coming back year on year if the quality remains this good.
Let down by Waitrose at the last minute with an order for a dinner party but luckily managed to find you. Ordered lunchtime and delivered in perfect condition the next day. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much.
Meat delivered in good condition, if one is a 4pm delivery the inside of the container bemes wet, & one has to wipe the packages dry before freezing
