Beautiful piece of Rib which made our Christmas meal. Packaged and delivered as requested. I did try to call to confirm my order as this was for Christmas and the number on the website was continually engaged which was slightly annoying and I did email without response. I did find a mobile number and spoke to a lovely lady who said that the order would be sent. But would definitely order again and try some other products thank you

Tremendous stew from this cut. Needs a low and slow approach but so worth it. Very tasty.
Had this on Christmas day and what a great flavour. Roasted for three hours. Succulent. As a bonus the ribs which i removed before cooking will make a great ragu sauce.

This was the third goose ordered online. I left it late and didn’t have my usual choice- and this turned out to be a good thing. My Kimbers Goose was cooked the same as all others but was superior in flavour and moistness. I will order again.
