Guanciale makes the best bacon sandwiches. This is excellent guanciale
Great flavour, easy to carve and great value. There was very little shrinkage in the meat after it had finished cooking. So tender it melted in your mouth.

These are ideal if you like roast lamb but don't want to cook a whole joint. These are lovely pan fried and served with mint sauce. Excellent meat!

All products look, and those tasted this far, to be great quality! Despatched swiftly considering present circumstances and quick delivery thereafter. Would have been a 5/5 but for fact that everything was either at or very close to its “use by” date. Unfortunately find this common with mail order that products supplied tend to have short use by or best before dates. Not great if not buying for freezer stock.

I make lovely casseroles with this but a lot of is to feed my mini dachshund as it is the only thing he will eat and he eats it raw Sorry!

We roasted half of the lamb and turned the other half into lamb satay. They were delicious and moist even after long cooking in the oven.
