I was surprised to how fresh the product when reached us after long delivery. The packaging was great to seal the freshness including the liver. Austrian recipe of freshly cooked liver with onions was our preference.
We only managed to start cooking the ox-tails and they were delicious, the rest are still waiting patiently in the freezer for the next slow cooker recipes.
I found it a bit bland and expensive for what it is.

This meat was a pleasant change. I enjoyed far more than lamb, it’s extremely tasty and fulfilling definitely recommend you try mutton.

I am a huge fan of Traditional Greek Halloumi but dare I say it I think this tops it. Great crispy outer and softer centre when fried, great on the barbecue too. Love it.
We made pasties with the skirt and they tasted just like the cornish ones very tasty
