Veal was beautiful and tender. Delivery was very quick. One small criticism - the pieces could do with being thicker to get a nice sear and keep them together during braising. Maybe the option to have them cut thicker on check out? I would be more than happy to pay the extra for thicker shanks
Bought hocks and venison for a dinner party. Always risky trying somewhere new, but was thrilled with the order. Arrived on day stated and perfectly wrapped. Meat absolutely delicious, will definitely use Kimber's again.
I sed three of the hocks to make a ham hock terrine for a dinner party last weekend. It was absolutely delicious, everyone was raving about it. The meat was so tender and flavoursome, would definitiely make it again.
Delicious venison. Seared it first in garlic butter, then into the oven. We served it in thick slabs after resting and it went down a treat.
Excellent meat; I would just suggest offering it in slightly larger cuts. Many stews and casseroles call for meat in pieces up to 1 1/2 ". If it's too big, we can always cut the pieces down ourselves, but we can't make them larger once they've been cut!

Donal Russell ran out of all their veal products so I had a look around and found Kimber and placed an order. The quality of the veal is outstanding and the pricing is much better. My only improvement to suggest is delivery times - it took a week to deliver my order which nowadays seems like ages. But I will order from Kimber again!

This is the third belly pork we have had and not disappointed. Nice creamy meat with flavour and ideal crackling.
As we love crackling and there is never enough with any joint, this is a great addition for any pork roast. Really crisp and “melt in the mouth” crunchy if you crap fry it first and then put in oven with the joint for 40 minutes.
Love this milk is very creamy and a world away from supermarket tasteless so called milk and I will reorder soon

Clean feet, very little urine scald, vast improvement on the feet I was buying, animal welfare is important to me and the lack of scald shows the chickens were kept appropriately, or at least I hope it does.
