made the most wonderful jellied stock and will be frying the knuckle pieces in breaded covering so very successful will be ordering again . I did add two osso buccos to the stock which was part of another order
loved the courier service arrived on time still frozen.
This helped to make the best Christmas lunch ever. Coupled with a black currant gravy and red cabbage...went down a treat with all the family.
Arrived as informed
Fast shipping, very good quality products and friendly customer service.
The sirloin beef joint which arrived exactly on the date promised was superb. The highest recommendation that I can give it is that my mum would have approved. And she was not easily impressed! Currently travelling in beef sandwich dreamland. Supermarkets don’t source this quality.
Fresh and tasty. Really good meat. I’ll buy it again.
Good quantity, good quality, mild flavour
Can’t fault the quality or generous quantity
