Turns out I'm personally not a fan of some of the herbs being used, but my housemate loved it.

Our meat package arrived very well packed with ice in a polystyrene cool box, the sausages,bacon,liver and kidneys were all packed in meal sized sealed bags, very handy. I will be buying more products from this supplier.

Tasted like chicken used to when I was a child. Lovely texture with just enough fat, the meat was firm not flabby like so many supermarket birds. Excellent quality.
Beautiful looking ham hocks, much larger than I expected. One hock has served 6 healthy sized meat portions and the stock went into 8 bowls of soup. Delicious tasty ham which was not at all salty. Will buy more.
