We ordered a Rib of beef to have as Christmas dinner this year , my sons were supposed to be joining us but due to lock down . There was only three of us so we had the beef for Christmas dinner and it was awesome full of flavour and very tender , then in Boxing Day I casseroled it and the next day we had a beef curry so well worth the money . We thoroughly enjoyed the goose. It was delicious. It arrived in good time too. Excellent service.
Arrived only just in time, but the couriers were hard it by Tier 4 restrictions, It was especially nice to get the giblets.

The duck was well wrapped and kept cool during it's journey and looks very nice. Unfortunately, however, we cannot yet comment on the taste. We were moved into Tier 4 after ordering, and so it has gone into the freezer for the moment as it was too big to cook for just the two of us!
Made an excellent Christmas dinner dish.
