Ordered Wednesday evening and delivered first thing Friday. Really well presented in vacuum pack, clearly labelled. Excellent insulated carton with ice pack chillers. Love the wide range of meats and cuts available. Brilliant to find bone in shin beef for Osso Buco when Italian mother in law staying over. Really happy to give big thumbs up!
Gearing up for curried goat Jamican style soon.
Haven't had mutton for years. Found recipe for pan frying for about 7mins to medium rare and was surprised at how tender and succulent it was. Going to try some other slow cooker recipes too.

The goat meat is very good quality and is lovely in a stew or curry

We always have good quality Goat meat from Kimbers farm. We love roast goat and have the meat cols with a salad or a goat curry with the leftovers.

Very high quality with good sized chunks of meat. I bought enough for 2 big batches and have frozen half for Christmas as it's difficult to find then. After eating the first batch I'm really glad I ordered the double quantity. It arrived on time and adequately packed so no issues with service.
