Continue to be impressed by the service, the choice, the fabulous quality. If not for lockdown, I’d never have discovered this wonderful farm shop online delivery service.

Wow. Love the size! Love the taste!

After a day planting spring bulbs, and too tired to care ... I threw a frozen beef shin in the pressure cooker pro with a chopped onion, garlic, one stock cube, two rough chunked potatoes, 1/4 bottle of wine and a splash of water...40 min later...we were swooning over bowls of soup....stew...? Whatever, it was amazing. We ate the lot! I did make garlic bread to serve with it...that was good too.

Oh my! We loved it!

Don’t be afraid to try these...this is the reason I adored eating at Todd English restaurants in the past. A succulent, fork tender, gorgeous piece of tasty beef just sitting on a massive rib in the middle of a creamy horseradish mash. Food heaven. Sorry no photo, but if you have a pressure cooker pro, an oven, and a fab bottle of red to go with, you too can be transported to a Michelin starred restaurant!
