Only downside for us is that we are not fat lovers so you lose quite a bit of weight by trimming...but the goat is very nice, made a goat curry...gorgeous! ;-)
For some inexplicable reason our local and Supermarket butcher’s no longer have the above for sale. I liked the Kimber story on the web and took ‘pot luck’ the Calves liver was delicious with mixed onions and a special potato mash with my own gravy as a side

Great discovery that veal can be bought in the UK. The sirloin was tasty and tender. What more can you ask. Looking forward to trying the escalopes.

Will cook a family favourite from Switzerland, veal slices in a mushroom cream sauce with spaetzli. Ordering was easy, timely delivery, no complaints.
Made the traditional banquette and I loved it - family ate it all, but sauce needs work forvmu family to enjoy it!
Just dropped each piece in savoury flour, lightly fried in butter, took a few minutes, just long enough to steam some cabbage to go with it. Such a treat, so many years since I've had calves liver, will definitely buy again!
Never had brisket before, so followed a recipe. The sauce was great, but I need more experience.
Need these to make the jelly for my pork pies. Great.
