We have a Hungarian recipe for this, a kind of stew, it's very delicious and healthy as full with collagen. I used pressure cooker as made the process quick enough. I shall order trotters again.

i always like to keep a supply of calves liver in my freezer. it has an almost creamy texture,and a unique mild flavour quite unlike any other liver. perfect accompanied by creamed mashed potatoes,veg of choice,and thick gravy made with the pan juices...heaven on a plate...
