We ordered escalopes from Kimbers Farm knowing that the meat would be home produced to the highest care and nutritional standards. We were right to do so as the meat was excellent, we coated the escalopes in fine, home made lemon breadcrumbs and served them for a birthday lunch to the family accompanied by spaghetti in home made tomato sauce and a large bowl of mixed leaf salad.
