Beautiful, thinly sliced liver, just needs a coating of seasoned flour then a minute on each side & served with a red wine reduction. A real Saturday night treat!
Served this for friends al fresco on Easter Sunday and the comments were amazing. I order a whole fillet & freeze the tail end for stir fry & usually freeze a whole steak as well as feeding 4 adults. Amazing flavour!
I'm a regular customer since first lockdown and can't speak too highly about Kimber's products. Everything I have ordered has been superb quality and value for money. Delivery is always on time and everything is well packaged and ready to just pop in the fridge or freezer - still cold. Thanks for an excellent service - I hope to pop to see the farm shop in person some day!

It was fresh, I made white and cottage cheese with it, they were creamy and very tasty.

Kimber's meat is always fresh and tasty. Ordering is easy and delivered on a day of your choosing.
Loved the duck but it arrived late - tracking confirmed it arrived with the couriers on time ( early hours of 31st) but did not reach us until afternoon of the 1st . Still well chilled and in good condition and fortunately I was not intending to cook it that day.
If you are try not to worry, you can't just stop at one, or two.....just give in and indulge and no, I'm not paid for this review!
