Excellent for the recipe. Slow cooked with a tomato, star anise, onion sauce and then meat taken from the bone and cooked some more on leaks with prunes.

I was concerned about when my order would be delivered. The tracking information did not work. I rang and the young man who answered said they would get back to me. They didn't so I rang again. They were clearly very busy but the woman to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful. She told me everything I wanted to know and was friendly and helpful. She turned what could have been a bad experience into a really pleasant one. Thank you.
I ordered 2 ducks for Christmas. These were delivered at the stated time and properly packed. We cooked them on Christmas Day and they were delicious. Thanks!
The family all loved it. My granddaughters ate phenomenal helpings. An overnight soak was just right to give it depth of flavour without too much saltiness, then I part boiled it and finished in the oven with a glaze.

Despite the poor courier service (no fault of the Farm Shop) it was definitely the best beef fillet we have ever eaten. I have no hesitation in recommending the beef fillet from Kimber Farm Shop. The meat was absolutely superb.
