I’ve made a couple of dishes with this veal for dinner with friends and it’s always been a success. It’s so tender and falls off the bone. It’s delicious too.
Great faggots good size, cooked mine in onion gravy with added spinach. They were moist and had a great favour.

Having tried several online suppliers, I've finally found a proper and obviously very good butcher, excellent.
This was great! The only downside was that it was very salty, so best with mushrooms or something that soaks up the saltiness. Will definitely have more of this.
Great taste, excellent overall, though for a stir fry I would have liked thinner pieces.
