This is the second goose I've ordered and I can't fault the service. The courier delivery (and packaging) was perfect.
The goose was excellent quality, and so much meat on it! The sandwiches of leftovers were almost better than the dinner.

First time we tried this product, it was really meaty and tasty, not all fat like some streaky. Made bacon rolls out of them with the sausages and used this to cover the pheasant breasts too.
We are not that fond of turkey and often have goose at Christmas. We were late ordering and very glad to see that you still had some available. It arrived when we expected it and tasted absolutely delicious on Christmas Day.
It's the first time we tried pheasant, nice birds, quite easy to cook, although I will need a bit more practice to get it right. It's good to try something different.

My Guinea fowl flew to my front door exactly when expected. They were very meaty with enough fat to keep the meat moist as it roasted. We always have Guinea fowl for Christmas and these were excellent. Thank you.
Lovely steak, we browned it off in a frying pan and finished it off in the oven and made a red wine and chocolate sauce to go with it, delicious.
Products arrived on the requested date after message to say it had been dispatched. Well packaged in insulated box with cold pack. Can’t fault the service, highly recommend.

I personally don’t eat beef but this is always requested at Christmas. Lovely joint ,much appreciated by those that ate it. Would highly recommend.
The pork was absolutely beautiful, very well flavoured and the joint cooked beautifully. I used a traditional Porchetta recipe and the meat was perfectly suited to the long, low temperature cooking. Very pleased with the quality and the whole family were very impressed. Just wish we live closer to Kimbers!!
