I ordered this to make my first beef wellington on Christmas Day. Thankfully, I had undercooked the beef for most of my guests liking which meant I ‘had to’ eat it all; I’ve never actually had meat as nice as this, it tasted amazing!! And I’ve enjoyed making it last over the last few days! It’s a bit on the pricy side. But you can certainly taste why. Amazing service, super speedy. The packaging was excellent and the cooling packs worked really well so when unpacked all were all chilled and very fresh. Oh! and the breasts cooked perfectly and were very tasty
