Lightly fried in bacon fat and eaten with fried onion sauce and mashed potato - just a lovely simple meal.
Soaked , simmered for 4 hours then pressed overnight the result was as good as possible. My family and I have eaten almost 2 whole tongues slice by slice in a little over 2 days
What a fantastic Farm Shop! The gammon we bought was top of the tree stuff, and the taste of the finished ham was just amazing! Factor in great, friendly, professional staff and it was a superb experience all round. We will return. Highly recommended!

The pork loin joint arrived well packed on the day it was supposed to. No problems at all.
We cooked the boned pork loin on high heat for 30 minutes then low and slow. Partially separated the bones from the joint added garlic, thyme and rosemary and then clamped together with string. It was amazing and the family loved it. Would buy again.
