This has to be the best smoked streaky I’ve ever tasted and it’s a must for any bacon lover.
This black pudding is wonderful. It has such a wonderful flavour without all the fragrant flavours you sometimes get in other black puddings. The pork fat in it helps to make it succulent when cooking. We absolutely love this black pudding.
I’ve been searching for this type of streaky for such a long time and have finally found it from Kimbers farm. Thick dry cured streaky bacon with the rind on. Absolutely how bacon should be. The taste is amazing and it cooks beautifully.
