I ordered beef hearts for the first time through the website. I also contacted the farm over the phone. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I received the beef hearts fresh, well packaged on time on the day I wanted. The quality of the beef was excellent. I really enjoyed the hearts that I prepared in a Peruvian style “Anticuchos”.
