We do an Xmas eve ham every year and this Gloucester Old Spot ham, from Kimbers was absolutely our best yet. Everyone commented on it as a stand out. Quality meat, quality result!
Superb venison loin fillet. Perfectly trimmed. Tender and delicious melt in the mouth meat and a great alternative on Christmas Day. Cooked in a matter of minutes. Seared on each side and rested for 10 minutes. Perfectly cooked. Will definitely order again. The fillet provided two large portions, some of which we served cold the following day. No more Christmas turkey in this house!
Got exactly what I was looking for which was unavailable at a lot of places. Price very good. Shipping also very good at such a distance. Arrived exactly as stated in excellent packaging.
I’m so glad they still had goat meat in stock - it was delicious and made a fine Jamaican curry goat dinner for Christmas. I normally buy some in the bone, but really didn’t miss it this time round.
