Slow cooked in a curry and enjoyed by all with Naan bread

Had a couple which were slow cooked with spices and then added to a curry.
Each "500g fillet" of venison backstrap was slightly heavier than ordered, so excellent value and most importantly it was tender and tasty served as a wellington.
APC couriers accurately provided a 2 hour estimated delivery window on the morning of the delivery. Arrived on time, packed securely surrounded by ice packs and a small polystyrene box.
Sunday Lunch with friends, Roast Beef & Yorkshire pudding. The beef was tender, flavoursome, melting in the mouth, the rendered fat made the best Yorkshire What’s not to like?

I ordered rib of beef and 2 lamb joints of which one lamb shoulder is in the freezer & the rib of beef. They look scrumptious. We’ve had one lamb shoulder which was excellent! We had a lamb curry and the meat was very tender and tasty
