I got about 10 bones in the rack, lovely and meaty. I used half in a slow cooker bone broth with some root veg, the meat is sooooo tender and the texture is pure luxury...I love it

Purchased to cook four our elderly cat who needs the iron boost. These are a superb quality and it's a relief to be able to get hold of chicken hearts so easily. We're considering making some paté for us out of one packs - yum!

I had a large dinner party so ordered 6 packs. This demonstrated that there is no ‘standard’ cow with some packs containing generous portions of meat, while others were full of dripping/fat and much less meat. One of the problems of not visiting the shop. However all the meat was excellent in taste and texture and enjoyed by all the guests once it had been treated to a long slow cook with a final searing blast.

Everything I have received from Kimbers has been good quality and delicious. The products arrive well packed and on time. I haven't needed to contact them with problems. Definitely 5 star.
Not at all dry and has the authentic flavour and consistency.
Flavour is good but, for five stars, I would like the consistency to be slightly more coarse and moist.
Used to make Saltimbocca alla Romana. Despite bashing and flattening as recommended the meat remained quite chewy - although well-flavoured.
Probably needed little longer cooking but was still very enjoyable.
I can't fault this steak, grass finished beef at this weight and price provides amazing value money! Thank you Kimbers! Oh yeah!
