Flash roasted this for 20 minutes , then slow roasted for 5.5 hours. Meat was moist , tender and literally fell of the bone. Have made a pot luck stew from the leftovers and the meat is still tender.
Make a goan pork vindaloo with this and it was lovely.

I bought this primarily to give my dog a treat as I understand beef liver is good for them. It also seems to be good for me too and we both love it as it is delicious. Very rich, a little goes a long way and it’s excellent value for money. Carefully packaged, the delivery is was flawless and we’ll definitely be ordering again.
Ordered a 3kg black spot panchetta, arrived as expected brilliantly packaged. Cooked it for a Sunday lunch for my family and everyone said it was the best pork they had ever tasted. I don't buy cheap meat as I believe the animals we eat deserve decent husbandry and we should expect to pay for this. This pork was worth every penny and more, the leftover cold cuts were superb with a side salad. 👌

This chicken is beautiful. It’s not like the flat tasteless ones you get in supermarkets. Plenty of meat on it. Also giblets used to make a tasty gravy. Highly recommend it.
This is a lovely stew pack. The dried mix u get is so flavourful. IVE even brought it on its own. The stew was delicious he best I’d made,my son told me.
