The chicken was delivered before Christmas and we froze it, defrosting it the night before it was needed and we were so pleased we'd ordered it. It was absolutely delicious,
The joint was vacuum packed and delivered before Christmas. We froze the joint and defrosted when needed and then cooked in a slow cooker on slow over many hours. It was delicious and very tender. It made for a wonderful meal.
Our order arrived on the specified date. The meat we'd ordered was well protected having been packed in an insulated box and been kept cold throughout its journey. The web site was easy to use and the meat ordered was as described. We ordered 3 separate items and have been delighted with our choice for quality and taste. We cannot comment on the third item as that remains in our freezer, but will look forward to cooking it within the next couple of weeks.
This was the best turkey that we have ever had. I removed the legs and wings and cooked the crown separately. It was absolutely delicious. Two of us have consumed a 14lb turkey crown with no problem at all. Legs will be slow cooked next week. Easy to order and arrived on time. Perfect!

Cooked in the airfryer using a temperature probe it was perfect. Tasty and succulent. Cooked in tin foil just leaving the skin exposed. Perfect
