Gloucester Old Spot smoked back bacon. Apart from being the best bacon for muffins with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, I also use this bacon cut up with scissors and fried for simple pasta dishes and as a crispy crumb topper on soup.
My half pig arrived! The taste of the pork is fantastic - it was well wrapped and packed beautifully. I will definitely be ordering again, once all eaten and recommending to friends too.

I ordered this rolled rib of beef to be delivered to my son‘s house for his birthday. Knowing of course that I was going to be invited to help eat it, it looked absolutely beautiful when I first laid eyes on it. Wonderfully marbled. It promised to be terrific and it absolutely was. The quality of the Ham Hock makes this simple food delicious! Ham hock is boiled with carrots onions and bay leaf producing wonderful stock. Swedish Yellow Peas are boiled in this stock and the fabulous meat falls off the ham hock bone. A shake of thyme and you have a gastro treat - filling tasty and nutritious. Can be deep frozen. Always buy from Kimbers Farm as quality is assured and the price is good.
